  2. Banana Pecan Pancakes - Praline Syrup and Bacon
  3. Gingerbread Pancakes - Lemon Sauce and Bacon
  4. Eggs Goldenrod - Eggs in a white sauce served over toasted French bread and topped with a rasher of bacon. This is a family "comfort" food favorite.
  5. Quiche Lorraine - rich Swiss cheese and bacon in a flaky pastry crust.

  6. Puffy Eggs - first cousin to a rich, cheesy egg soufflé, but with more substance. Bacon or Sausage, Bread of the day.
  7. Light Breakfast - cereal with Bread of the day

All breakfasts include orange juice, fresh fruit with yogurt topping when suitable, and coffee or tea.

The first reservation may, at time of booking, choose the menu for the day.
All persons in your party must choose the same breakfast except for (7) which can be served with any other.
